Terms & Condition
In most cases, we ship orders in 48-72 hours(for non-customised products) and is generally delivered in 5-7 working days. Monday to Friday are considered as working days except for public holidays.
There may be slight delay in delivery occasionally around public holidays or at times because of unforeseen circumstances, but we do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers.
We have tied up with all leading courier services in India like Bluedart, Fedex, DTDC, Delhivery etc. For International deliveries, we have partnered with DHL. We deliver across the globe.
For domestic (India only) orders, we have prepaid as well as Cash on Delivery option. Shipping is free for all PREPAID Orders above Rs 999. However, COD orders attract an additional charge of Rs 50 per order irrespective of the cart value.
For some of the states/union territories - Jammu and Kashmir, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Assam, Manipur, Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Puducherry, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Daman and Diu, Ladakh, Lakshadweep, Tripura – we charge flat Rs. 125 towards courier charge irrespective of order value. Cash on Delivery option is also not enabled for the above mentioned locations.
Charges for shipping outside India depends on product dimensions and weight.
International Shipping
● Delivery Time: International orders typically take 10-15 working days for delivery, depending on the destination country and customs processing times.
● Additional shipping charges apply for international orders and are calculated at checkout.
● We don't offer Cash on Delivery option for international shipping.
Tracking and Notifications
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your order’s journey.

Once your order is shipped, the tracking ID and our courier partner name are sent to you via email. We also share a valid tracking link from where you can track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery.
